Shipping methods & costs
Shipping is available wolrdwide, however, costs, methods and times of shipping may vary according to the country of delivery and the weight of the items. To find out the exact costs as well as the options available to you, please refer to the checkout page.
We offer 6 different shipping options from our warehouse in United Kingdom:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Standard: Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 business days after shipping. This method is not traceable.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 business days after shipping, items are insured up to £46.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: Delivery usually takes 1 business day after shipping, items are insured up to £500 (only available for goods in stock).
- Royal Mail Airmail: Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days after shipping. this method is not traceable.
- Royal Mail International Signed for: Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days after shipping. This method requires a signature on delivery.
- Royal Mail Airsure: Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days after shipping.
Please note that orders received before 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery times may differ slightly from the times specified above depending on whether items are in stock. If there are any foreseeable delays we will inform you accordingly.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations:
In order to cancel your order, please send us an email at sales@besamelingerie.co.uk, we will then cancel your order and refund your payment. Your money will be refunded within 10 days of the cancellation of your order.
Please note that cancellations are only possible before your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange any items with which you are not satisfied free of charge as long as they meet all of the following conditions:
- The garments are unworn
- The garments have all labels intact
- The garments are in a proper resaleable condition
- The garments are returned within 14 days of receipt
Please allow 28 days for refunds to be processed from the date on which the return is received by BesameLingerie.co.uk.

Please obtain and keep a proof of posting certificate from the post office in case the parcel is lost during dispatch. Postage costs and charges will only be refunded in the case of incorrect or faulty goods. (this does not affect your statutory rights). |
